I am Liz Sawyer, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Metta Massage & Energy Therapy. I have over 18 years of experience in the healing arts. My extensive training and experience in Massage Cupping Bodywork, orthopedic massage, prenatal massage, Reiki, hot stone therapy and several other treatment styles inform every massage treatment.
