Wellness Consultation

Schedule a virtual or in-person wellness appointment to deepen your self-care practice. Learn self-massage or family massage techniques, how to use Kinesio tape to support an injury, massage cupping for self-care, or experience guided meditation, as a few options. We will discuss what your needs are when you set up the appointment. This service is for established clients only.

Hot Stones

Smooth basalt stones are heated and applied to the body to warm up muscle tissue, decrease pain and stiffness, and promote deeper relaxation during your session. Add on to any scheduled service.
